With an area equivalent to 2,500 hectares, the Elizalde Lake is the most well known lake in the Aisén Region. It forms part of a group of 5 lakes that flow westwards, to Puerto Aisén. You can reach this place heading through a gravel road.
This lake measures an average of 25. km in length and 2 km in width, and is surrounded by dense forests of Chiloe's Coigue and Lenga Beech.
