Jahuel is located in the pre Andean area, 98 kms. from Santiago, in a beautiful natural setting. Since the XIX century here are located the sprinkling waters and pure air that were highly appreciated by Sir Charles Darwin. In his book “Journey around the world”, third volume, he accounts his stay here in August 1834: “I went through San Felipe, beautiful small village resembling Quillota. In the afternoon we arrived at Jahuel, were I stayed for 5 days. What pleasures I had during my stay in Jahuel, climbing those huge mountains…Weather was beautiful and the atmosphere is of an extraordinary purity”.

Jahuel farm produces organic olives and olive oils the ones that are both consumed and used as base for the most exclusive natural health and beauty treatments in the spa.We have three dining rooms: the traditional Dona Martina Restaurant that holds up to 100 people; La Pergola also for up to 100 people, and Terraza Dining Room for up to 200 people. At the Jahuel Bar, you can enjoy a wide variety of national and imported drinks, as well as a large selection of side dishes and appetizers. For your enjoyment, the hotel also offers a heated outdoor swimming pool (22 °C), Jahuel’s Children’s Club, the Darwin Salon for seminars and table games, etc. All for the enjoyment of you and your family. Entertainment The hotel has outdoors swimming pool of thermal water, pool tables, tennis courts, multi-courts, a playground for children, a Reading room, ping-ping tables as well as table soccer, sports workshops, tennis lessons, fun dance lessons, hydro-thermal gym, walks, karaoke-bar on saturdays, Darwin room for board games.

has highly trained personnel in the performance of the most sophisticated therapies. It has six treatment rooms, steam rooms, dry sauna, jet shower and a Jacuzzi. One of the big attractions of the Spa is that it has natural treatments where thermal mud, fruits and vegetables of the area are used. We have several types of massages: relaxing, de-contracting, lymphatic drainage, with aromatherapy, podal massage, coffee, grapes, corporal polishes; different type of facials moisturizing, nutritious, revitalizing, treatments with thermal mud, relaxing thermal baths, moisturizing to reduce muscular pain, bone-joints. Thermal waters

It is important to mention that all the water that is consumed in the hotel is thermal. The thermal waters of Jahuel, thanks it its slightly alkaline pH, heals stress and due to its chemical composition it helps reliving joint, digestive and rheumatic problems, being also helpful in the prevention of cavities. Apart from having detoxifying and diuretic properties both in a topic and through ingestion

The crystalline waters of Jahuel, contribute with well being, health and rest as well as relaxation to the body, improving the softness of the skin, making the hair shine and allowing falling renewed both physically and mentally.

Rates per room (Breakfast included)

The following rates are applicable until December 31st 2011

• Fees are per room per night and include breakfast, in U.S. dollars (US$) and equivalent in Chilean pesos (CL).

• Fees are expressed in American Dollars and apply to foreign tourists (properly documented with passport or equivalent). These fees consider a tax exemption of the Value Added Tax ("Impuesto al Valor Agregado" or IVA, in Chile). For residents of Chile, a 19% IVA must be added to the fees previously mentioned.
